Our concept is to build a city who response the human needs in terms of comfort, security and employment. Everyone in the city shall have the feeling to be recognised and to be part of the concept.
Our city structure is made in 3 parts, the heart of the city, the residential buildings with shops, apartments, pharmacies, souks etc ... and the villas and palaces. |

The heart of the city
In the middle of the master plan, an amazing palace located over the
hanging gardens, the plaza and the beautiful park. The palace is a 5 stars hotel in category but the feeling you will have by staying their will name the place a Palace. The Plaza will be more than 10,000 M2 of pavement, flowers, fountains, trees surrounded by low apartment buildings with restaurants, coffee shops,artisanat at the ground level which will bring the best terraces to the city. The Park is an amazinggarden with open sky theater for shows close to the 16 meter high waterfall coming from the Palace.
